Better fares often become available between the creation of a travel file and the issuance of tickets. But due to time constraints, your agents cannot manually monitor all PNRs. This is where FareOpt comes in.
The application directly queries the GDS , where the pricing information is most up‑to‑date. It analyzes files at regular (and configurable) intervals, detects optimization opportunities, then automatically applies changes according to rules defined upstream.
If you prefer, a manual mode is also possible: you receive an alert by email, leaving you in control of whether or not the optimization is validated.

What is the price of the tool?
We have opted for a win/win model: FareOpt is billed only as a percentage of the savings actually achieved .
Billing occurs on the departure date of the trip , allowing you to preserve your cash flow.
How long does the installation take?
Installation can be completed in less than 24 hours . Minor adjustments may be necessary to ensure optimal consideration of different tariff levels.
Do I need to mobilize my IT department?
No. Installation and setup are fully handled by our teams. There's no need to mobilize your technical resources.
