The Quality Control application continuously analyzes all files created or modified by your agents. When data is missing or incorrect, several actions are possible:
Automatically complete required fields according to your internal rules
Reposition the information by retrieving it elsewhere in the file or via another source (Information System, CRM, etc.)
Generate an alert if the information cannot be calculated or retrieved, in order to trigger manual intervention
The quality of travel documents: added value
An agent does not always provide all the necessary data, whether it is:
Complex (e.g. OSI TO remarks required by some companies)
Already available elsewhere (e.g. passport, contacts, internal file information)
However, some data is mandatory for travel (APIS/SFPD) or crucial for customer service (notification of cancellation by the company, etc.).

Calculation of issue dates :
Analyzes GDS files and inserts the ideal issue date, according to precise rules (fares, airlines, comments inserted in the PNR, internal organization, etc.). Multiple dates can be defined to manage segments separately (pre‑routing vs. long‑haul, for example).Automatic issue :
Tickets are issued on the specified date. The relevant segments are secure, while the others remain editable.
The service checks the validity of the pricing, restores it if necessary, and applies your rules (IS authorization, price controls, etc.).
If you usefare optimization , the show can include a final search for the best fare just before departure.
Consistency
Thorough verification of the logic and reliability of the file:
- Presence and quality of TO remarks (OSI TO)
- Alignment of quotes with pricing
- Inconsistent journeys (departure from one airport, return from another)
- Stopovers too short or too long
- Mandatory APIS/SFPD data
Synchronization
Checks that the Mid‑Office / Back‑Office information is aligned with the GDS file.
Allows you to monitor the progress of the file status and ensure the correct transmission of information to companies or service providers (SSR Child, OSI CTC, etc.).
Customer Service
Optimizes the management of special requests (Frequent Flyer, seats, meals, etc.).
Some information can be transmitted automatically to the company via the PNR , without manual intervention.
For example, a correctly entered Frequent Flyer number can unlock specific benefits or fare conditions.
