At Irwigoo, we've been using Afidium's issue date calculation module for several years. It has become a key tool in our daily PNR management.

The module automatically determines and inserts the most appropriate issue date, based on pricing conditions, airlines, and our internal organization. This allows us to issue at the right time: neither too early—to preserve cash flow—nor too late—to secure seats.

We started by implementing and using products that seem basic to us today but which constituted a small revolution in their time; such as the calculation of emission deadlines, or assistance in processing queues which allowed a great gain in productivity.
Then came other tools, economically interesting, such as price optimizations, which can be used to varying degrees of intensity or depth.

And most recently IaQoBo, a true multi‑source air reservation engine, which has allowed us to demystify air travel sales thanks to comprehensive, intuitive and scalable tools.

We were recently able to add a CO² filter to it, allowing us to sort the offer by this criterion, adding weightings to access results that are as close as possible to our needs.

Sasha allows us to search very easily among all our PNRs, past, present and future, whatever their status.

In the same search, we can find both our Amadeus PNRs and our Travelport PNRs, which is a very important help in a bi‑GDS context.

Sasha's interface allows us to communicate en masse with our travelers, by email or SMS, whether to warn them regularly before their trip or in the event of a problem on one of their flights.

For each operational difficulty (Strike, Cyclone, blacklist, Virus... etc.) we use Sasha to immediately measure the impact of this difficulty and make the right decisions accordingly.

Sasha is used by our transport teams on a daily basis but also by our sales teams to monitor the status of our sales.

Finally, we use the Sasha API extensively to enrich our customer areas with up‑to‑date data from our PNRs.

At Irwigoo, we've been using IaQoBo for almost 10 years. It's become a central tool for us. It efficiently aggregates multi‑source flight offers, with filters specifically designed for our business (layover time, baggage, etc.).

Afidium has evolved IaQoBo over time, incorporating many of our suggestions (such as the Yucangoo rating, CO₂ calculation, etc.). The result: a solution that perfectly meets our needs.
Our teams save time, gain reliability, and improve process consistency. Honestly, we couldn't do without it today.

We use Afidium's back office management tools, particularly the issuing robot, which has allowed us to significantly increase our share of tickets issued automatically (without any manual intervention), for the Galileo and Amadeus GDSs, whether the fare is classic EDIFACT or NDC. This is possible because the Afidium tool not only analyzes our PNR data but also takes into account our business context to decide whether or not to issue tickets (e.g., no issue on files in options or on request, dynamic analysis of the issue deadline).

We've been using Sasha technology for over two years. It's now an essential tool in managing our business.
We operate with multiple IATA, PCC, and booking sources. Sasha provides us with a single, centralized interface, making management easier. This application is ideal for a multi‑brand, multi‑source airline service like ours.
The data provided is comprehensive (source, fare type, ticket status, CO2 emissions, etc.), reliable, and always up‑to‑date. It was therefore a no‑brainer to structure our new ERP around Sasha JSON. After 18 months of daily use, our ERP continues to evolve based on Sasha – with complete satisfaction.
